We assisted with the sale of a container factory in Rozvadov

Proud to have assisted our client Heidel Verwaltungs GmbH with the sale of its container factory in Rozvadov, with over 35,000 sqm, and machinery, stores and raw materials.

The purchase by Gföllner CZ involved an unconventional securing of the purchase price with a lien for the seller and the establishment of a right of repurchase for the seller.
